The Sr. Manager, Capital Projects oversees the capital spending forecast and manages the CAR approval process across all sites. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to define business cases and deliver capital projects that support ongoing operations.
A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least ten years of capital project management experience are required. Candidates must be data-driven, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of working in demanding industrial environments.

The Sr. Manager, Capital Projects is a subject matter expert that provides guidance and support in all planning and scheduling aspects of capital spend. This person will own the CAR process and through coordination with project owners and finance, frequently deliver the capital spending forecast. This role reports to the VP of Capital Projects & Procurement and supports all sites.
