The Arcade Technician is responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on arcade games and equipment to ensure they meet high standards. They must also conduct diagnostics, clean equipment, and report major issues to management.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of mechanical and electrical experience and a basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 250 pounds are required.
As a Stars and Strikes Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.
