The Games Support Tech is responsible for the repair and maintenance of building equipment, including games and simulators, while ensuring an excellent guest experience. They also manage ticket inventory, maintain cleanliness in the Midway, and assist guests with requests.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and working on ladders. While technical or electrical skills are preferred, the role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
