Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, glassware, and kitchenware to ensure building cleanliness. Maintains kitchen areas, handles trash removal, and assists other kitchen staff with prep and maintenance tasks.
Must be at least 18 years old and capable of standing for entire shifts while lifting up to 30 pounds. Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required.

POSITION SNAPSHOT: The Dishwasher position is vital to the overall cleanliness of the building and safety of our Guests and staff. Our Dishwasher staff is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils and kitchenware.
