The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, including service calls and change of occupancy maintenance (COM) tasks. They are responsible for managing technician schedules, performing quality control checks, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure work meets quality and time standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with vocational or technical training preferred. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

The Field Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the maintenance either the service call functions and preventive maintenance program or the Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) teams. Perform the oversight of General Maintenance Associates, Technicians and/or specialists. Responsible for ensuring the team members in the field complete COM and service request work in accordance with time and quality expectations.
