The Property Manager is responsible for the effective management, marketing, and maintenance of the apartment community to meet financial and regulatory objectives. They oversee staff, handle financial reporting, ensure property compliance, and resolve resident issues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with less than 1 year of supervisory experience. In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
This position pays $25.00 - $29.00/hourly depending on experience.
