WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Pam Apartments, a 96-unit residential community located in Pampa, TX.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
Please note that this is a part-time position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits and will work 20 hours per week. The hourly pay for this position is $17.00-19.00 depending on experience.
