The General Maintenance Associate performs maintenance and repairs on residential units, office buildings, and grounds at Fort Drum. Responsibilities include responding to service calls, installing appliances, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades are required.
WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our military housing team at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, NY.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots. The ideal candidate will also perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems and equipment.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
