The Property Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for the operational, financial, and leasing performance of a residential rental portfolio. This includes managing budgets, establishing revenue strategies, and leading the Regional Property Manager and site teams to ensure consistent resident experiences.
Candidates need 8-12 years of progressive residential property management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site portfolios of 500+ units. Proficiency in property management software like Yardi Voyager and a strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation are required.

Sitting above the Regional Property Manager, this role provides strategic direction and oversight across the full property management business including leasing and revenue strategy, expense management, annual budgeting, people development, and marketing alignment.
The Property Operations Manager translates portfolio objectives into actionable plans for the RPM and their teams, and is the primary accountability holder for ensuring the business operates within budget, achieves leasing targets, and delivers a consistent resident experience.
