As a Compliance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of Alberta’s compliance programs. This is your opportunity to apply deep regulatory expertise, guide the administration of essential programs, and help shape the future of road safety across the province.
In this specialized role, you will serve as the operational lead for Alberta’s Auditing Program and a subject matter expert across multiple elements of the Compliance Program. You’ll work independently and collaboratively with teams across the Ministry, industry partners, and auditors to ensure that approximately 18,000 commercial carriers operate within the boundaries of Alberta’s and Canada’s safety standards. Your contributions will directly inform program decisions, policy development, and strategic improvements that impact both industry operations and public safety.
