The Clinical Supervisor oversees individual care for a group of clients to ensure high-quality outcomes and best-practice clinical approaches. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing comprehensive service plans, and monitoring clinical documentation.
Candidates must have a degree in progress as a BCBA, LPN, RPN, RN, or other allied health professional and at least one year of experience supporting individuals with complex disabilities. Required certifications include Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, a clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, and a valid driver's license with a vehicle.

What you will do
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and assist in the supervision of individual care for an assigned group of individuals receiving services through Specialized Community Services, to ensure high-quality outcomes and a best-practices approach to their care. The scope of service oversight for the clinical services will be defined by the Managers or Regional Leader. This will include assisting in thorough intake assessments, as requested by Operations or Clinical teams to ensure that our facilities and capabilities are in alignment with individuals’ needs, developing comprehensive service plans, as well as monitoring and adjusting individual care on an ongoing basis.
