The Care Supervisor provides leadership coverage across multiple sites in Toronto, conducting comprehensive patient assessments and care planning. They are also responsible for mentoring field staff, managing performance, and ensuring service delivery excellence through policy enforcement.
Candidates must hold a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RN or RPN. A minimum of two years of supervisory or home health experience and a valid Ontario driver's license with access to a vehicle are required.

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a float Care Supervisor in Toronto. A float Care Supervisor provides flexible leadership coverage across multiple sites, travelling throughout the Toronto area to support operational needs.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000 per year.
