The QA Shipping Coordinator manages the accuracy and cadence of inbound and outbound shipments at the NC Facility. They are responsible for vendor quality inspections, capacity planning, and serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and carriers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations, or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates must have strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, including customs compliance and HS codes.
SUMMARY Overview of the position
The QA Shipping Coordinator serves as a departmental lead responsible for maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and cadence of shipments moving in and out of our NC Facility. They will manage inbound vendor quality inspections, product organization, and discrepancy resolution in partnership with internal teams along with ensuring shipping timelines align with project deadlines serving as the primary liaison with partnered teams.
