Job Responsibilities:
Prepares detailed specifications from which computer programs will be written.
Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs.
Analyzes, reviews, and alters programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt new requirements.
Provides on call support for production and production systems.
Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
Provides ongoing application support and participates in development efforts.
May function as a project leader in managing assigned projects.
Research/analysis, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of supported applications
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma
5 or more years' experience of software development.
2 or more years' experience in .NET and C#.
2 or more years' experience in SQL Server
2 or more years' experience with SQL Server 2012 and 2019
2 or more years' experience with Microsoft Office, JSON, and XSD/XML
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years' experience of Visual Basic development
2 or more years' experience in API and Windows Service development
1 or more years' experience with AI
Current or prior Labcorp experience
Additional Job Standards:
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to provide leadership/direction to less experienced developers
Ability to work well alone or on a team with limited supervision
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
