The Center Director is responsible for all aspects of the Lakeside Academy operations, including administration, program quality, and facility maintenance. This role also oversees marketing, fundraising, and the supervision of various department managers to ensure high-quality addiction treatment.
Candidates must have at least three years of leadership experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience in human services. A clean driving record, a background check, and a minimum of two years of sobriety from problematic substance use are required.
