Requires progressive leadership experience in utility or field services operations with strong financial acumen. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
The Vice President, Public Power is responsible for leading public power field services and metering operations, including electric, gas, and water metering services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across field teams, client delivery, workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch optimization, financial performance, safety, quality, and process improvement.
This position will report to the Vice President, Field Services. The preferred location is Baxter, Minnesota; however, candidates in other regions may be considered based on experience and business needs. Travel is expected to be minimal.
