The Repair Supervisor manages daily operations at the repair and calibration facility, including overseeing technicians and shipping staff. They are responsible for ensuring accurate work order processing, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting operational metrics to the VP of Products.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a repair, service, or manufacturing environment with prior supervisory experience. Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite and the ability to follow technical SOPs are required.
The Repair Supervisor leads day-to-day operations of the Southern Cross repair and calibration facility in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role is responsible for managing technicians and shipping/receiving staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of repair, calibration, warranty work orders, and maintaining inventory for both repair consumables and instrument/parts sales. The Repair Supervisor serves as the operational point of contact for the Products LOB and reports directly to the VP of Products.
