The Regional Outreach Manager is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to promote programs and build professional relationships with community partners and referral sources. This role also involves managing regional contacts, providing program information to stakeholders, and supporting individuals in need of addiction recovery services.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in outreach, business development, marketing, sales, or relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

The Brainerd Regional Outreach Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing regional outreach initiatives to promote Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge (“MnTC”) programs and support organizational objectives. This role requires building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders while ensuring effective communication, reporting, and support for individuals seeking services.
