The apprentice will analyze equipment failures, manage maintenance data in the CMMS, and optimize preventive maintenance plans. They will also participate in Lean Manufacturing and TPM projects to improve industrial performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and an interest in maintenance tools like CMMS, FMEA, and Pareto analysis are required.
