Customer Service Specialists assist wholesale and retail clients by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate product solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns and maintaining high visual and quality standards within the store.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
