Act as a key point of contact for clients, both existing and prospective, ensuring exceptional service, communication, and long-term relationships.
Partner with business development staff and technical leads to pursue new market opportunities, respond to proposals, and help drive year-over-year revenue growth.
Monitor project performance, QA/QC, client satisfaction, and safety standards, ensuring that operational excellence remains a top priority.
Represent SAM at local industry events and client meetings.
Promote and maintain a culture that supports retention, employee development, and high engagement across all roles.
What You Bring to SAM
10+ years of professional experience in the land survey or geospatial industry, with a focus on project management and leadership specifically in the power utility market in Massachusetts.

A strong business development mindset, with a proven ability to build relationships, understand market dynamics, and close work.
Experience overseeing financial performance, resource planning, and contract execution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence and collaboration
