The Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of retail business operations, including achieving revenue and EBITDA targets while overseeing P&L. They also lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure an inclusive environment and high-quality customer experience.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in similar retail environments and 2 years of supervisory or management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail business, providing leadership and vision to your team to ensure that desired results are achieved. Our Store Managers oversee and direct the delivery of products, services or functions at group, regional or divisional levels of organizations all while creating and nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.
