The Lessons Lead is responsible for driving sales of lesson and rehearsal packages while ensuring a positive experience for students and customers. They also manage instructor schedules, oversee facility operations, and mentor staff to meet performance goals.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in musical instruction or retail administration and possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25lbs and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

As our Lessons Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all customers and students, by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting customers with questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility.
