The Facility Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance tasks, building repairs, and preventive maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems. They are also responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the facility budget.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in facility maintenance and previous supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Facility Maintenance Supervisor’s primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks while actively working alongside team members to ensure a safe and clean facility. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the overall appearance of the facility. In addition to hands-on duties, this position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the work performed by team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
