Vous rejoindrez une équipe Paie & SIRH de cinq collaborateurs, en charge de la paie France, du Système d'Information RH et de la qualité des données RH. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, Finance et nos partenaires externes, l'équipe accompagne les activités RH en France tout en contribuant au fonctionnement de notre organisation internationale.
Au sein de cette équipe à taille humaine, vous participerez à l'ensemble du processus de paie France et contribuerez à l'amélioration continue de nos pratiques et de nos outils.
Vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle de la paie France et contribuez à la qualité des processus ainsi qu'à la fiabilité des données.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur International de la Paie, vous travaillez quotidiennement avec les équipes RH, Finance, SIRH ainsi qu'avec notre partenaire ADP.
Vous évoluez dans un environnement international où la qualité des données, le respect de la réglementation, le respect de la confidentialité et la satisfaction des collaborateurs sont au cœur de vos missions.
