Job Summary

This job leads the strategic implementation of DevOps practices, optimizing the software development life cycle. It champions the creation of automated CI/CD pipelines, fosters cross-team collaboration, and drives continuous infrastructure enhancement for scalability. The role also involves mentoring and maintaining expert knowledge of evolving development technologies and methodologies.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Leading the implementation of processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle
Optimizing the development process to bridge gaps between software development, engineering, and management
Striving for continuous improvement by building and enhancing continuous integration and deployment pipelines
Driving the creation of automated processes to minimize the time from commit to production
Serving as a key liaison between development and operations teams to enable rapid product development
Increasing customer responsiveness by monitoring and optimizing application performance
Ensuring the creation of stable, deployable, and scalable operating environments through continuous infrastructure development
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of development processes and programming languages
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
