This pivotal individual contributor role sits at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, offering exceptional visibility and impact across the enterprise. Taking the VP annual agenda, this individual will focus on developing executive messaging as well as wider team communication, continuous monitoring and optimizing our squad-based operating model, and driving creative methods to enable change in this transformative period for this team.
What you’ll do
Elevate executive presence by crafting and managing VP-level strategic communications that drive organizational clarity and leadership alignment.
Spearhead DOTComm marketing initiatives, including high-impact internal and external roadshows, cross-functional all-hands engagements, and industry conferences to position the brand.
Cultivate a world-class team culture by developing core identity frameworks, executing rollouts, and implementing continuous improvement cycles.
Drive organizational resilience through robust change management, enabling the team with comprehensive training, technical documentation, and proactive learning paths.
Embed core values into the operational fabric to ensure alignment with our customer-first and digital-first transformation goals.
Foster deep team engagement via strategic newsletters, interactive office hours, and curated internal branding that fuels impact and community.
Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
At least 10 years of work experience preferably with a bulk of it within Telecom Services or another regulated / multiple legal entity type environment
Have extensive background in visual design and communication to readout/engage with executive leadership independently when asked
Ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into strategic frameworks for leadership/stakeholder alignment
Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience executing in a matrixed environment and engaging with senior stakeholders to achieve common business goals (e.g., tech, risk, legal, product teams, etc.)
Master's degree / MBA
