The representative is responsible for retaining customers by resolving concerns, identifying needs, and reselling the value of Xfinity products. They must maintain a consultative relationship with customers across various digital and verbal communication platforms.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have 0-2 years of relevant work experience. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment with availability for nights, weekends, and overtime.
