We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to lead direct procurement and sourcing activities across our Global Lottery business. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support approximately $250M in annual spend, while driving cost optimization, supplier performance, operational excellence, and supply chain resilience.
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations, you will lead a team of procurement professionals and collaborate with executive stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to support business growth and customer commitments.
You are a strategic leader with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills who thrives in complex, global environments. You excel at balancing business objectives, supplier partnerships, operational performance, and financial outcomes while inspiring teams to deliver results.
This role offers the opportunity to shape procurement strategy for a global business, influence executive-level decision making, and drive meaningful impact through strategic sourcing, supplier innovation, and supply chain excellence. You'll play a critical role in ensuring business success while leading a talented team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $154,258 - $250,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
