You will develop and implement workplace safety initiatives, enforce safety standards, and conduct safety audits across the organization. Additionally, you will analyze safety performance data and explore the adoption of new safety technologies on construction sites.
Candidates must have an engineering background with specialized training in safety and health, and be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction safety is required, with oil and gas industry experience considered an advantage.
You will be required to analyse the data and trends of our safety performance. Review the strategies and develop processes to implement the safety programs/initiatives for improvement. You will also be required to explore the adoption of technology on sites and conduct testbed collaborations.
Background in engineering with specialized training in safety and health. Is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer. At least 5 years of relevant workplace safety and health practicing experiences in construction. Good communication & interpersonal skills and is able to multi-task. Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage.
