Full job description

As the Business Development Director - Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for Oracle India Private Limited. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead a team of business development representatives, ensuring effective customer engagement and the successful selling of Oracle solutions. You will contribute to strategic planning, oversee lead qualification processes, and provide operational management to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, participating in the hiring process, and managing the budget to achieve sales targets.
