The Payroll Analyst is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in payroll operations and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in payroll systems and reporting tools, particularly Excel, is required to manage payroll data, audits, and reconciliations effectively.

This team works a hybrid schedule and the role is located in Rocklin, CA.
In this role, you'll be a trusted payroll expert responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, payroll analysis, and employee support. You'll collaborate across HR, Finance, Tax, Stock Administration, and external vendors while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
