As an Operations Manager, you'll own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. You'll build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence that helps retain customers and grow the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and making an impact every day.
What You'll Do
Own the operational performance of your assigned territory
Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service
Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth
Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results
Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
