The Senior Financial Analyst supports the FP&A function by maintaining financial models, driving operational analysis, and collaborating with business partners to inform strategic decisions. The role is responsible for monitoring spending trends, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring financial objectives align with business strategy across various departments.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, along with a CPA designation and at least 7 years of progressive financial experience. Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting tools like Excel and NetSuite is required, with preference given to those with FP&A experience in operations.

Compensation
• The base salary offered for this role is $95,000 to $106,000 per annum and can vary based on job-related expertise, qualifications, experience and internal equity.
