Lead the mid-west structural engineering practice by overseeing business development, design quality, and financial performance. Manage regional resources and mentor engineering staff while delivering complex projects across healthcare, aviation, and corporate markets.
Requires 15+ years of project engineering experience with a track record of managing projects exceeding $250M and leading teams of 10+ people. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a PE or SE license and LEED accreditation preferred.

You will collaborate with a team of more than 65 structural engineers nationwide, delivering complex, high-performing projects in healthcare, sports, aviation, justice, and corporate markets. Our work has been recognized at the highest levels, including the Structural Engineering Excellence Awards for projects such as Energizer Park in St. Louis and Chicago O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5. In addition to working on impactful, award‑winning projects, you’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
