The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing project financial performance, team communication, and project delivery across all phases. They lead project teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure work is completed according to budget, schedule, and design intent.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in architecture and a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice. Professional licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred.

In partnership with the Sr. Project Architect and Sr. Project Designer, accountable for project financial performance and team communication. Manages multiple projects during all phases of a project until completion. Directs employees and consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken and that work is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled and in conformance with the design intent.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000
