The Electrical Engineering Studio Leader will provide strategic leadership for the Dallas electrical engineering team, overseeing operations, project execution, and team development. They will also manage client engagement, business development efforts, and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated electrical building systems.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering and possess a Professional Engineer licensure in Texas. A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in designing complex electrical building systems and prior experience in team leadership are required.

As the Electrical Engineering Studio Leader, you will provide leadership for the electrical engineering practice, guiding operations, project execution, team development, and client engagement across a diverse portfolio of sectors including Higher Education, K-12, Arts & Culture, Justice + Civic, Workplace, Retail, Hospitality, and more.
