The BMS Analyst is responsible for the quality assurance, review, and administration of Business Management System documents and processes. This includes developing process maps, identifying operational gaps, and managing BMS site administration and reporting.
Requirements
The candidate must be able to perform detailed document reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business workflows. Proficiency in creating procedures, guidelines, and managing administrative requests within a BMS is required.

Key Responsibilities
Document Review (QA)
Ensure BMS documents are reviewed periodically by Area Experts and Owners
Ensure documents are free from errors before uploading to the BMS by:
Liaising with GSS Marketing and Communications Team in proofreading and correcting spelling and grammatical errors
Reformatting documents to ensure consistency with BMS Instructions
Proper documentation of changes and revision comments
Business Process Review
Work with area owners and key stakeholders in the review of critical business processes and systems to identify process gaps
Develop accurate process maps to identify workflows, information dependencies, bottlenecks, decision-making points and client requirements
Undertake best practice gap analysis and support area owners and key stakeholders in resolving process issues identified by the process review
Develop necessary documentations, (e.g. procedures, guidelines, working instructions, user guides) using range of sources and tools for process implementation
BMS Administration
Facilitate resolution of BMS-related issues and requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to:
Liaise with internal team members or other functional groups to address unresolved issues
Review any feedback or suggestions by users and forward to the appropriate functional group, as necessary
Act as the administrator of the following BMS sites:
-Audit Site (Audit Programmes, Audit Reports, Issue Notifications) -Client Pre-registered Suppliers Site
-Knowledge Portal
Prepare reports related to the performance of the BMS - BMS Usage Report -BMS Recent Changes -Audits -Summary of Regional BMS Reports
Identify and suggest possible improvements on internal processes
Other tasks related to BMS systems, as required.
