Lead a team of College Thrive Coaches to ensure scholars matriculate, persist, and graduate from college within four years. Manage university partnerships and directly support a caseload of scholars transitioning to bachelor's degree programs.
Requires experience in managing talent and advising college scholars, with a proven track record in strategy development and project planning. Must be proficient in using scholar data to drive strategic shifts for student success.
As our Director, College Thrive, Greater U.S., you will lead a team of College Thrive Coaches to ensure scholars matriculate to college, successfully persist, and graduate within four years.
Day to day, you will work closely with counterparts across the organization to ensure the College Thrive program (for our CT scholars in college) is implemented with fidelity; work directly with a caseload of college scholars as they transition to college life, work towards a bachelor's degree, and graduate from college; and oversee the day-to-day needs of our College and University partnerships in the Greater U.S.
To thrive in this role, you must have experience working with or advising college scholars and managing partnerships. We’re looking for someone with experience in hiring, developing, and supporting talent and strong interpersonal skills.
