Performs skilled maintenance functions including repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC to ensure apartment make-ready status. Responsible for grounds upkeep, snow removal, and emergency on-call service for the property.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related maintenance experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders.
Essential Functions of the Position: (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all duties that may be found in positions of this class.)
Minimum Education, Training and Experience: High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years of related experience. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry.
Preferred Education, Training and Experience: Trade school or college degree. CAMT certification Completion of Greenlight Maintenance Learning Plan.
Qualifications and Skills:
Physical Capabilities: Must live within 30 minutes of the property, unless otherwise approved by management. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb and work on ladders, work with arms raised over head, stand/walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow, etc.

Compensation: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
