The Community Liaison is responsible for growing Elwyn's presence in North Carolina by developing referral networks and nurturing relationships with community partners. They will execute marketing plans, track performance metrics, and promote behavioral health programs to increase admissions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with two years of behavioral health marketing experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory are mandatory.

The Community Liaison plays an integral role in growing Elwyn's presence by positioning Elwyn as the provider of choice across the North Carolina service area, beginning with Wake County. The Community Liaison establishes & nurtures relationships with community partners to strengthen collaboration and referral activities that result in an excess of budgeted admissions that support Elwyn's strategic plan.
