Coordinate data collection, migration, validation, system integrations, testing, and resolution of configuration or data issues.
Develop and deliver training, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other resources for administrators, project teams, and end users.
Provide ongoing system administration and user support, manage enhancement requests, and evaluate new Procore features and other PMIS capabilities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support project oversight, data quality, system usage, and management decision-making.
Support proposals, implementation plans, client presentations, and the continued development of RK&K’s Procore and PMIS services.

Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms (Autodesk Forma, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.) in a construction, engineering, infrastructure, facilities, or capital-program environment.
General understanding of project delivery processes such as document control, design coordination, field reporting, cost management, change management, and project closeout.
