Are you a “road warrior” with 2-3 years of outside sales experience in home improvement, building materials or other high velocity category? Sashco’s Territory Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region may be a great fit for you! The Home Improvement Territory Managers are accountable for bringing insight into Sashco products, teaching and training our customers about those products and building partnerships with distributors, retailers and contractors throughout the region.
Preferred candidate location would be Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA; candidates in other areas of our Mid-Atlantic territory of MD, NJ, VA, DE, WV, NC and SC will be considered also.

What you will be doing
Teaching customers something new and influencing how they think about their business and ours.
Traveling up to 75% of the time in the field.
Identifying, pursuing and closing new opportunities in both quick-strike and long-cycle situations.
Balancing selling styles, winning one-call opportunities while also leading strategic, consultative conversations that create long-term value.
Exceeding growth goals, expanding placement and sell-through and helping partners execute at a higher level.
Building high-performance partnerships – working with distributors, retailers and contractors to improve outcomes, not just maintain relationships.
Taking full ownership by managing your territory plan, prioritizing effectively and delivering results without needing close direction.
Training teams on Sashco products, supporting merchandising and promotions throughout territory and on occasion, national events.
Driven to exceed expectations while taking pride in doing things the right way modeling Sashco’s values.
Building knowledge - takes the initiative to deepen their understanding of company, industry and values.
QualificationsWhat we are looking for
2-3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience in sales is required.
Ability to travel up to 75% is required.
Experience in, or hands-on use in building materials, home improvement or a related industry is preferred.
Experience with merchandising or in-store execution.
Experience calling on wholesale and retail accounts is preferred.
Experience using a Challenger sales approach preferred.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead conversations and influence decisions.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass drug and background checks.
