The IT Technician provides ongoing support and maintenance for all information systems involved in patient care. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, managing system installations, and ensuring the security of facility information.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of job-related experience, preferably in desktop support. Proficiency in office automation, network troubleshooting, and Active Directory is required.
