The Admissions Coordinator manages the facility front desk, performing phone triage, insurance verification, and pre-admission assessments. They coordinate the intake process, maintain client documentation, and facilitate communication between referral sources and the treatment team.
A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in healthcare admissions, preferably within mental health or substance use disorder settings.
