The Associate Counselor conducts client assessments, develops treatment plans, and facilitates group or individual counseling sessions under supervision. They also provide crisis intervention, manage client cases, and ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
A bachelor's degree in social or mental health services or a closely related field is required for this role. Candidates must be eligible for entry-level licensure or certification and possess or be willing to obtain CPR and de-escalation certifications.
