The Senior Buyer manages the procurement operations helpdesk by resolving internal and supplier inquiries and troubleshooting purchase orders. They are also responsible for executing orders under existing contracts and identifying process improvements based on helpdesk metrics.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of purchasing experience or a High School Diploma with 8 years of experience. Proficiency in Coupa and strong analytical and communication skills are preferred.

This role is responsible for managing service requests, providing system training, executing orders with suppliers under existing contracts, and resolving procurement process issues following the company’s procurement standards and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Purchasing OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Purchasing

Preferred Area of Experience: Indirect Materials Purchasing and Supply Chain Management
License or Certification Type: ISM- CPSM Preferred
