The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting residents and visitors while managing daily administrative tasks. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, or resident relations roles. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with excellent customer service skills.
