Lead a maintenance crew to ensure the health and aesthetic quality of client properties. Act as the technical expert on-site, identifying issues such as drainage and soil health.
Candidates must have experience leading a crew and a strong knowledge of landscaping challenges in the Charlotte area. A valid driver's license is required.
Pay: Starting $20+
We’re looking for a leader who takes pride in every property they touch. If you want to lead a crew that actually cares about the health of a lawn, you’re in the right place.
We take the time to get you up to speed on the technical side of things, like spotting drainage issues and understanding local soil. You’ll be the expert on the properties you lead.
