As a Premier Relationship Manager or Senior Premier Relationship Manager or Corporate Executive Relationship Manager at HSBC, you will be at the forefront of our flagship "Premier Banking" offering, serving as a vital link to our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and expand HSBC Premier relationships, aligning with business targets and strategic plans.
You will act as a single point of contact for Premier customers, anticipating their needs and delivering comprehensive banking and financial advisory services. Your role involves ensuring exceptional customer service in accordance with Global Premier Service Standards, identifying opportunities for wealth reviews, and providing tailored wealth solutions.
Success in this role requires maintaining the highest standards of integrity, adhering to regulatory requirements, and fostering trust with both the bank and our clients.

Regulatory Compliance: Possession of valid licences and accreditations in wealth management as required by local regulations.
Risk Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control teams to maintain a balanced risk environment.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and local languages.
Accreditations
Professional Qualifications: Obtain necessary professional and regulatory certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, NISM XXI A (PMS Certification), and NISM XIII (SIF Certification) as per market requirements.
Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
