The manager will co-own project P&L, driving profitability, budgeting, and cash flow management for large-scale real estate developments. Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience in real estate development, business operations, or project P&L management. An MBA or Engineering degree is preferred, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
