We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Head to join our real estate organization. As the GM - Projects (Site Head), you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage project resources and personnel effectively
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
